Requirements for Account Reactivation

If you need to reactivate your account or undergo additional checks, follow these steps:

  • Click on the profile icon located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Security Center.


  • Look for the "Checks" section within the Security Center.


    In this section, you'll find any necessary actions for reactivating your account. It might be that no security action is required, or there might be a specific check needed to continue using your account. If you need further information, feel free to contact our customer support team.
