Closing Your CryptoWallet Account

When you decide to close your CryptoWallet account, here's what you need to know:

1. Kindly Withdraw Your Funds: Before deactivating your account, ensure you've withdrawn all your funds.
   
   

2. Deactivate Your Account: Go to your account settings to find the deactivation option.

3. What Happens Next:
   
   

   • Once deactivated, your account data will be scheduled for deletion.
   • Your data stays in our system until it's legally required to be removed.
   • While your account is deactivated, logging in won't be possible.
   • You can reactivate your account whenever you wish.
