I received an email asking for more documents. Why did I receive it, and what does it mean?

CryptoWallet may need additional documents to verify your identity for security reasons. This is simply our way of keeping you and all other CW users safe, secure, and happy using our services. We will make this request via email, and notify you in the CryptoWallet app.


 


Sometimes we ask for additional documentation to help us verify your identity. It’s not anything to worry about - we are just being thorough. If we need additional verification documents from you, we’ll send you an email and you’ll also see a notification in your CryptoWallet app. In the email, you’ll find a link to a form which you’ll need to download, fill out, and send back to us. These extra checks can take up to three days. After they are complete, we’ll notify you by email and in-app.
