What if I lose or need to update my phone or two-factor authentication device?

First, make sure your CryptoWallet app is up to date, along with the software on your mobile device. For desktop sign in, clear the browser cache and make sure the browser is up to date.

If you don’t have access to your email account, Google Authenticator app, or SMS capabilities, please contact CW support. 


Common issues:

  • Your SMS inbox may be full, and you may need to delete messages to make room

  • You may be having an issue with your mobile network or internet provider

  • You may have hit the limit of SMS requests allowed within 24 hours

You may need to redo the verification process for your CryptoWallet account if you no longer have access to your phone or authenticator app.
