Why has my account been frozen during the source of funds verification process?

It’s possible that we will need to freeze an account while verifying the source of funds based on the evidence provided, or while waiting for a customer to submit for the Source of Funds form to CryptoWallet. This is to comply with financial regulations, and we aim to make the process as short as possible.
