To comply with international financial regulations, it’s necessary to verify your identity before using CryptoWallet. 

To do this, you’ll need to submit photo ID and other documents to our staff. This includes:

• Proof of Identity such as a valid passport or other government-issued ID. Your high-quality image of the ID must include:
• Photo
• Date of birth
• Full name
• Expiration date of document

When registering an account, you’ll see the following screen:

You must upload your ID card as shown below.

You can upload either a scan or high-quality image. All the written information on the documents must be clearly legible, and the image must show the document page in full. Do not crop the images or submit images with blurry sections or glare showing in the image.

You will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number and enter the code sent by SMS to your mobile device. The process usually takes only a few minutes. If your ID is invalid or the images are blurry, you will be asked to submit new images of clear and valid identification documents. When successful, you will receive an email or in-app notification.
