To verify your CW account, you need to provide following information:

Personal identification:

Selfie on CryptoWallet web page or CryptoWallet app during verification process.

Identity document:

for European Economic Area Countries:

• National identification card (front+back)

• Passport

• Driving License (EEA Countries, UK, Switzerland)

for Other Countries:

• Passport

• Valid National ID card that has information on Date of birth, national id number, Date of issue, Date of expiry and signature

~ A driving licence is accepted only for EEA countries, UK and Switzerland;

~ We cannot accept documents that are damaged 

~ We cannot accept documents for which the validity date has expired, even if they are still valid in some cases;

~ We cannot accept documents without expiry date

~ The old paper-based ID document won't be accepted

Proof of address*:

• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, phone)
• Insurance statement
• Tax document
• Residence certificate

* all documents in this section must have clearly visible address information, your name

and must be dated less than 3 months ago from the date of submission.

Source of funds:

Upon uploading funds to your CryptoWallet account you may be asked to provide SOF (source of funds).

For proof of source of funds we accept following documents:

• Payslips from an employer
• Sale contracts of personal assets (houses, cars, companies, etc.)
• Bank statements (savings account extract, salary deposits, etc.)
• Inheritance and gifts (copy of the will, notarized letter, etc.)
• Loan agreements

Notes:

~ For documents in languages that use non-Latin characters (such as Russian, Chinese, Thai, Hebrew, etc.), a notarized translation of your document will greatly speed up processing time.

~ In addition, the company reserves the right to request a bilingual identification document containing English as one of the languages.For non-EEA countries all verification documents must be in English Language.

~ Good quality of copies with readable information is required!!

~ In some cases you will be asked to submit an additional documents or fill the registration form
