If you forgot your password, you can easily recover or reset it by tapping “forgot password” on the CryptoWallet account login screen. You may need to provide your memorable word or pass other security checks, and support is always there to help. 

We recommend that you use at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character like an exclamation mark(!) when choosing your password. Passwords should be at least 6 characters long to prevent brute force cracking. The more complex your password is, the harder it is to crack.
